Job Description:
Prepare underwriting of real estate properties in a portfolio
based on projections, market research, and past financial
statements to determine income, valuations, and loan amounts;
Execute data analysis with Python on real estate properties and
recommend an investment decision to potential investors; Work
closely with clients to define and design research for the
evaluation of properties and investment value, such as rent roll,
and rent regulation, IRR, etc.; Assist with the preparation of
investment memos for the investment team presentation. Prepare
support documentation and comprehensive reports for real estate
transactions and investments; Provide office administration support
and handle legal documentation regarding real estate
properties.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics,
Finance, or other related field; Proficient in using Python skills
(Pandas, numpy, scipy, nltk, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib,
seaborn).Worksite: 521 Broadway, Flr 2, New York, NY 10012.Minimum
