Hours: Monday-Thursday - 3:30 pm till 2:00 am
Location: Farmingdale, NJ
Salary Range: $55-$60k/yr.

2nd Shift Bilingual Department Coordinator Job Duties: Oversee the entire packaging process, from receiving materials to shipping finished products
Ensure that all packaging materials are used correctly and efficiently
Coordinate with other departments, such as production and shipping, ensuring smooth operation
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices
Ensure products are packed correctly and made for distribution
Work closely with team leaders to ensure that the package products are high quality
Make sure all paperwork is done correctly
Ensure the packaging line process runs smoothly (ex. Forming cartons, palletizing, and labeling)
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards
Identify and addressing any quality issues that may arise during the packaging process
Maintain accurate records of all packaging operations, including inventory levels, production data, and quality control results
Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Supervise and train packing department staff, if applicable
Motivate and manage team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity
Work with packaging suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and to negotiate favorable prices and terms

2nd Shift Bilingual Department Coordinator Job Requirements: Possess strong communication skills
Experience in packaging dietary supplements or in a relevant field
Ability to thrive in a "Team Oriented Environment"
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think strategically and make decisions
At least 3 years combined experience in Packaging Line as Line Lead, Batch Record Coordinator or Material Handler
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Able to handle 20-50 lbs. frequently from floor to chest high
Ability to work in an environment where you may be exposed to powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish)
