Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Enablement Advocate
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and cases
Educate customers on system usage and promote self-sufficiency
Document and manage cases while maintaining productivity goals
Required Qualifications and Education
4-year degree in Business Administration or related field
preferred
Experience with Human Capital Management software or related
applications strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented
environment
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills
Experience with SalesForce.com or customer management analytics
software preferred
