Job Description:

Global Director of Operations (TargetCast LLC dba Assembly, New York, NY): Establish, analyze, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the business' operations; Analyze system design and functionality, make recommendations on best practices, and draft comprehensive procedure manuals; Implement the Stagwell Group ERP for Assembly entities, and work with technical teams to enhance the system for entities previously onboarded; Assist with the implementation of media management software for global entities, including its integration with the ERP; Develop and implement pricing and resource management processes and systems; Develop automation solutions across all back-office functions; Lead initiatives for process improvements and operational efficiencies; Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals; Provide expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; Research, develop, and implement operations-related policies, practices and standards; Identify training needs of team members and ensure the development and provision of appropriate training programs; Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development; Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management; Develop and articulate a long-term vision and framework for the organization's operational capabilities. Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience with financial statement audits at a global public accounting firm; Experience in Accounting and Finance roles either as a consultant or part of an industry Accounting or Finance team; Experience working with 3 or more ERPs, including Deltek Maconomy ERP; Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula creation for efficient data management and reporting; Experience working with Alteryx; Experience designing, building and testing business workflows in core business functions Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Finance; Experience implementing systems, processes, and technologies and drafting procedure manuals; Experience preparing and presenting reporting to senior management and executives; Experience identifying training needs and developing and providing appropriate training resources for staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management or related field, and at least six years of occupational experience as a Financial Consultant or similar occupation.
