Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Growth to lead its
expansion into AI and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on
lead generation and client acquisition
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
and support lead generation efforts
Build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve growth and
marketing targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business
development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in scaling lead generation and marketing
operations in high-growth environments
Strong knowledge of demand generation and digital marketing
strategies
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital transformation
services is desirable
